The much-awaited movie Khaidi No.150 has finally hit the screens. His 150th movie marks his comeback to the big screen. The huge hype and curiosity helped its Andhra Pradesh and Telangana theatrical rights land record prices and the distributors have made grand plans for its release in theatres across the states today.
Geetha Arts and Asian Cinemas have acquired the Nizam theatrical rights of Khaidi No.150 for Rs 23 crore. The movie is released in 275 single screens in the area and is said to be the highest number for a film in the region.
Chiranjeevi’s Khaidi No 150 film is directed by V.V. Vinayak starring Kajal Agarwal in the female lead role. The film also stars Tarun Arora, Brahmanandam, Posani Krishna Murali, Ali and Prudhviraj in supporting roles. The movie is an official remake of Tamil blockbuster flick Kathi which is directed by AR Murugadoss.
V.V Vinayak has made use of Chiranjeevi’s potential & delivered powerful ‘paisa vasool mass entertainer’ with a few twists in both halves. Overall, Go for it! One of the best movies of Mega Star. Chiru’s one man show, superb songs, and a good message makes this film a good watch this festival season. His fans will go gaga over him. A strongly recommended flick it is! This movie is like full meals for hungry Mega fans, enjoyable fun and emotional ride for normal audience.
Chiranjeevi’s son Ram Charan is the producer of the film. “It was an honor to produce dad’s film. A lot of people have been asking what my next production will be. It’s going to be another film with dad. We will make an announcement about the cast, director and other details soon,” Ram Charan said.
Boss is back to break box-office records. We will leave it at that and go watch the movie one more time!
